Themes That SHOULD Be "Light" Showing As Dark!???

Ok so I have been using T-Bird for a really, REALLY long time. I have had it on Fedora since as long as I could remember. I also have been using it on Ubuntu as well. Since....I wanna sat maybe the "teens"? (114?...116?...117 etc) T-Bird is not able to display themes correctly. In other words a theme that's SUPPOSED to be light?...shows as dark and it looks horrible. Not to mention on my brother's computer he CANT read his messages. Is there some workaround anyone might now of? I appreciate any and all of the help.

Currently I'm on version 128.12.0esr?....

That's the "Sakura Blossoms" theme...see how its ALL bright?....this is how some of the others are SUPPOSED to look...but instead?...this is what they look like:

(This particular these is supposed to be JUST like Sakura, bright EVERYWHERE!...but its not)

Dark Everywhere?
