hi

i need help please. my problem : this afternoon, after shutdown the computer wich i use every days, h24 since many month, connected at my account mozilla, it s happens somethink wich i can't explain when i turn on it few hours after. firefox and thunderbird have lost their configuration, even duckduckgo. and the bookmark's firefox i had saved on this computer disappeared also.

Once lost, we cannot recover your data.

Tools = Settings = search history

enable remember history.

even if you shutdown your history will be there.

Also

tools = settings = search password = ask to save passwords

save passwords.

save your email at one drive or external hard disk.

take a zip/gzip for old emails for you to search in future.
