Has anyone gotten the visual bug where a video on Youtube on loop will be stuck on a keyframe when the loop begins anew? This doesn't happen on Edge/Chromium and only on certain videos from a creator that creates AI music videos with 24fps. Does not happen on all videos mostly these.
Happens on Firefox NIghtly as well with different addons so I think this has more to do with how firefox decodes these specific videos vs Edge ect.

Have not tried disabling HW Acceleration as I don't wish to do so. Using the internal GPU of the 9800x3d for decoding but this happens when using the RX 9070 as well.
