The Firefox home page is all of a sudden infested with links to leftist websites with anti-Trump pro-Marxist bias. I'm sick of it. Firefox has plummeted in its stability and ability to connect with many websites, which I suspect is due to censoring. After almost 20 years with this browser, I'm about done and will be looking for a less left-leaning alternative.

I agree, I have used Firefox from the beginning and it has always been my "go to" browser. But I have noticed the Trump-bashing fake news it is pushing. If this is who Firefox has become I will be looking also.

I too, left because I am sick of the anti-conservative, anti-Trump news feed. Nearly 100% of it is anti-family, anti-Trump,and anti-American values. In addition, FF added AI which I absolutely do not want embedded in a browser. I have had several credit cards and bank accounts hacked in the past and for me this presents a huge security risk. I used FF for years, but I am done. Chrome is far worse and for the moment I have moved on to brave. In addition, I removed windows from all of my computers and have switch to Linux. I have no issues, no regrets, and I also game a bit.

Is there any way to contact them to complain?

I've decided that its time to start doing something about this "soft propaganda", with all of the suggestive articles that Firefox posts that are CLEARLY anti-Trump, anti-Republican, and pro-liberal. I don't like to be manipulated, and that's EXACTLY what some of these justice warriors at big tech and big media feel like they can do. As such, I've removed firefox as my browser. There are other browsers out there that do what firefox can, without the propaganda.

The news is saying negative things about trump because trump is doing a lot of things that are bad, that's not "pro-marxist bias," that's reality. I know you wrote this post over a year ago, I do hope you've come to understand in that time that trump is helping no one but himself, not even if you're a pro-genocide mega-bigot is he helping you. Financially you are almost certainly doing worse while trump is using the office of the president to enrich himself. How you liking those gas prices?
Funnily enough, if you ever talked to to a real marxist about the mainstream news, they'd complain about its pro-capitalist bias. You don't understand what you're complaining about.
But if you're really such a baby that you can't tolerate the news reporting on the horrid things trump has done, good news! You can click on the little pencil icon at the bottom right of your home screen, and turn the "Recommend Stories" toggle off. There's also a "manage stories" option under the "recommend stories" option when on where you can choose to prioritize or block certain subjects, so you could (probably- I don't use it) just block news about trump and as such avoid the reality you're lashing out against.

Lots of ad hominem attacks on the OP, there, "orderofthetriad". Unfounded as they are, I'll attempt to parse through your message to infer that you believe that Trump has done NOTHING good, at all. That is the message that firefox (and plenty of other "unbiased" big tech/big media sources) are putting out, front and center. EVERY ONE of their articles about Trump/Republicans either dredges up some wrongdoing that he or they have done (which I'm not inferring that they haven't), while also completely ignoring things that they have done well (which they have). To ignore this is simply putting forth an ignorant/bad faith argument, at best. But don't worry, you're not alone in your rationale/strategy.
By the way, "toggling off" these stories does nothing in firefox. They continue to come back, as if firefox gives the illusion of "freedom of choice", while in reality, not following through with it. Sound familiar?
It would be nice that in another world, someday, we as humans could be forthcoming about the truth, and be able to handle it productively. Maybe AI will do that for us as well, lol.

"By the way, "toggling off" these stories does nothing in firefox. They continue to come back," That's just flat out not true, I've had stories toggled off for years, I never see them. My home page is locked down, the amount of suggestions i get from firefox on there is zero.
Anything "good" you think trump has done (you didn't even say what good things you think he's done, if you really want to defend him saying 'he did good things' while failing to mention even a single thing ain't it) is far outweighed by the bad things he's done. Well over half a million people- mostly children- are dead because of USAID cuts trump is responsible for, no amount of good deeds will bring those people back. No "good" thing he does will undo the fact he murdered children. We're stuck in war because trump can't undo the bombing of a school, killing even more children than he already had. But, please, explain to me what good things trump has done that outweighs the deaths of hundreds of thousands of children? You are not mad at the news, you are mad that reality and your worldview don't match up.
Also, what's up with putting my name in scare quotes? if you googled my name, you'd find it's a group of three dudes from an adult swim cartoon. Unclutch those pearls, girl.

"orderofthetriad"
I'm sorry, but your behavior of continuing to:
- Apply unfounded/inaccurate words and thoughts to our posts
- Claim that firefox doesn't respond to numerous "dismiss" requests (that MANY have experienced)
- Using spent, rage bait-based comments such as "Unclutch those pearls, girl"
- Straying from the topic at hand that firefox floods their pages with liberal bias (providing statistically incorrect citations about USAID based on.... a study from one of the most liberal institutions: Harvard!
...may provide you with some kind of self-serving satisfaction, it doesn't warrant any further discussion from me, as it's clear you don't wish to engage in any truly productive discussion. Be well
27-09-2026 11:12 PM
Still can't name one good thing trump has done, huh? Are you familiar with the fallacy fallacy? It doesn't work so well when you're complaining about stuff you also did. You're the one that claimed trump has done good things, so cite one that makes trump bombing a school and killing children acceptable to you.
"Claim that firefox doesn't respond to numerous "dismiss" requests (that MANY have experienced)" then go send a bug report about it, because that shouldn't be happening. Like I said, I've had "recommend stories" turned off for years, and have never had it turn back on randomly. I don't understand what's stopping you from doing the two clicks required to turn it back off.
What the news says and your reality-denying response to it is a YOU problem, not a firefox problem. If you think harvard is liberal, you are seriously out of touch with reality. As I said in the first comment you responded to "Funnily enough, if you ever talked to to a real marxist about the mainstream news, they'd complain about its pro-capitalist bias. You don't understand what you're complaining about." You are looking at the center and complaining it's leftist, lol, lmao even.

The demand is rigged. Naming something Trump did that worked is not the same as saying a strike on a school was acceptable. Those are different acts. I can grant one and condemn the other.
Minab is the real case. On February 28, 2026, U.S. Tomahawks hit the Shajareh Tayyebeh elementary school in Iran. About 120 children died. U.S. investigators described a targeting error from outdated data that still marked the building as an IRGC site. Trump first blamed Iran, then said nobody did it on purpose. A UN mission called the strike indiscriminate. That is on the United States. It does not follow that every other policy has to “outweigh” it before it can be mentioned, and it is not the same event as the aid cuts.
The half-million line is a model, not a body count. Brooke Nichols’s Boston University tracker estimated about 518,000 child deaths in the first year by assuming treatment stopped and deaths rose at published rates. It is not peer-reviewed, it did not fully adjust for restored PEPFAR services, and it is not a list of identified dead. Ending a grant is also not murder. Documented clinic closures are real. “Trump murdered hundreds of thousands of children” is not what the evidence shows.
The border is the obvious counterexample to “nothing good.” CBP encounters peaked at 370,883 in December 2023. Nationwide encounters in August 2026 were 34,428. The drop started before inauguration and then stayed down. If the complaint is that no result counts unless it cancels Minab, say that. Don’t pretend the result isn’t there.
Harvard is not the center. In the Crimson’s 2025 faculty survey, about 63 percent called themselves liberal and about 9 percent conservative. About 94 percent of tracked donations ahead of 2024 went to Democrats. A Marxist can call the New York Times pro-capitalist. That does not make the faculty, or that press, the middle of American opinion.
Gas prices cut both ways. The record is still $5.01 in June 2022. The 2026 price, $4.35 on October 5, is a war spike off a January low near $2.80, the same way 2022 was a war spike. Crude went from the low $70s to around $100, and diesel crack spreads hit records because refining was disrupted.

Wow very delusional thread if reality has a "leftist bias"
06-10-2026 05:29 PM
The only one delusional is you. Mozilla literally fired its co-founder because he dared to be a Republican. People on your side cheered when Charlie Kirk died, murdered in front of his wife and his child, his little kid going up to his dead body... sprayed blood all over the place. Crying. That is your side, you evil son of a bitch.

Menu > Settings > Home and Startup
New windows > Custom URLs... > Choose a specific site
Enter the URLs there for sites like FOX News or The Daily Wire as you please
Then go back to the previous screen
Under "New tabs" change it from "Firefox Home" to "Blank page"
Or leave that as it is, but scroll down and turn "Stories" and "Support Firefox" both off
No more news then on the new tab page
