I love Firefox but I'm facing a frustrating 'double-tap' issue on Google search results. When clicking a link, it shows a 'google.com/search?safe=active' redirect and stays on the same page. I have to tap the same link twice to open it. Other browsers like Chrome handle this redirect smoothly in one tap. Firefox seems to block this safe-search redirect as a tracker, ruining the browsing flow.
