If the sidebar on the right side, and I select that ectract sidebar when on the cursor, if the cursor don't move back, the cursor on the close button. But first I move the cursor to there because I want to choose another tab. And I want it fast. So I think better if in this settings the tabs close buttons will be on the left side. Because I closed tabs when I didn't want it.

Since the release of Firefox 69 https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/69.0/releasenotes
Firefox no longer loads userChrome.css or userContent.css by default improving start-up performance. Users who wish to customize Firefox by using these files can set the toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets preference to true to restore this ability.
Have you verified.
1 - Go to configuration editor https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-config-editor-firefox
2 - Enter a search term toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets
Double-click on the preference, to set its value to true
And, restart Firefox.
