Shortcuts on Home Page which are abusing me

When i visit websites they appear as shortcuts on home page which making me uncomfortable.Shortcuts which i have saved are mixing with them even in setting i uncheck web search but issue not solved

I agree.  I would like the option to turn history off for the shortcuts that are on the homepage.  If I have 2 rows and the row is not full of shortcuts that I have created, please don't fill in the extra shortcuts with crap from my history.  It makes adding new shorts a bigger hassle than it has to be.  Just allow me the option to turn off history for the home page shortcuts.
