Setting to enable push notifications while fullscreen

Hi there,

What about a setting to enable/disable Web Push notifications from Firefox while you're in fullscreen? (both F11 and Youtube's)

I don't get those notifications at the moment and haven't been able to find a setting to enable it. (Firefox 107.0.1 on Windows 11 22H2)
