I had the same issue after a browser update, and it was frustrating because switching back to Light mode didn’t change the toolbar at all. In my case, checking the browser’s theme settings separately from the system appearance helped me track down the cause. I’ve learned that similar settings inconsistencies can happen with other apps too.
