My primary care provider is Brett Gochnour, not Brett Fochnour as your system has it.
Also, I have a lab appointment tomorrow morning at 10:05 which I will attend but I then had an appointment with Dr. Duffo at 11:00 AM -- but your system shows another lab appointment at 11:00 AM followed by an appointment with Dr Duffo at 11:40! What's that second lab appointment about? And why the change in schedule for Dr. Duffo?
