If this is in the Android version of the browser then:
- Go into the Menu (the vertical three dots) > Settings > Customise
- Scroll up until you get to the "Toolbar shortcut" section, then tap "Homepage"
- Then below that, under "Gestures", you'll also see "Pull to refresh" which you can turn on
If it's the desktop version (the Windows, macOS or Linux one), simply right-click a blank area on the toolbar (the one with the website address in the middle), click Customise toolbar... and then drag the house icon back to where you want it
