Permissions for microphone need to be revoked and permitted for Google Voice

Subject line encompasses issue - microphone will not be recognized by Firefox until permissions are revoked and then permitted again, then magically, microphone shows back up in selection on Google Voice. This did not occur a few weeks ago.
