It's some time, after the latest updates that I find this message, opening "About":

As if it's slower to start (there is no other instance open), because repeating after some time it works OK.

I got the same display on Windows, have Firefox sync' to Android tablet and Android smartphone. The update works again when I disable sync with the Android tablet.
