My concept is for an anthropomorphic Firefox piling millions of dollars around a caricature of your CEO, while in the background Rome, styled to evoke the Open Web, burns, and Firefox users like myself lament and wail in the streets.
Is that the sort of thing you're after?

In 2016, the CEO of Mozilla, Chris Beard, had a large framed maze depicting the Firefox Logo on his office wall. I am the artist that drew that maze. I still have the original with a resolution of 12000x12000. Here is a web page about it: https://www.twobraids.com/2016/08/0039-firefox-v2.html
The image posted here is 1920x1920

wow
so. are you telling me you actually hand drew this? or was it computer generated?
either way it is impressive and awesome!
im not sure how to insert quotes here, but from your link:
>On returning from leave just before the All Hands meeting of that year, I conspired with Les Orchard to make this maze into a Web game playable within the browser. I no longer have the code, so I don't don't know if it exists anywhere. We introduced it at the All Hands to modest acclaim.
reminds me of the browser game on Mozillas github, which im not sure why its still pinned or what it really even is but i couldnt figure it out.
https://github.com/mozilla/BrowserQuest
although honestly i didnt try to figure it out too deeply. also reminds me of another more recent browser game i saw mentioned over on planet mozilla, Dawnmaker.
http://adrian.gaudebert.fr/blog/post/18-days-of-selling-Dawnmaker
https://store.steampowered.com/app/2749100/Dawnmaker/
not sure what thats all about but it seems neat!
... and going even more off topic ish because thats how i am, i had to ctrl+f+"game" to find that last link and just so happened to notice Don Marti mentioned the word game a couple times in his most recent blog post of a list of blog posts shared on planet mozilla (fyi planet mozilla is basically a link to blog posts shared on planet mozillas blog of posts of blog posts of... wait... uh.) - and well im just gonna quote and end this comment there ๐
>So It Goes GHQ is a board game invented by Kurt Vonnegut in 1956. GHQ is to WWII what chess is to the Medieval battlefield."
Valve Steam Deck as a stepping stone to the Linux desktop Thanks to the technology behind Steam Desk, however, you can now play Windows games on Linux without any fuss or muss. (of course, all the growth hacking on Microsoftยฎ brand Windows might help, too)

Yes, all of my maze artwork is drawn by hand using a stylus on a tablet. My work often takes months to draw. See https://www.twobraids.com/p/the-maze-art-of-k-lars-lohn.html for my portfolio.
I discovered that Les Orchard still has the maze game on github: https://lmorchard.github.io/fx-maze/ It doesn't appear to have bit rotted much.

I was going to AI generate this in keeping with Firefox's current direction, but I don't feel like causing unnecessary environmental damage, so I'll just post the prompt here instead.
An anthropomorphic firefox handing giant piles of cash to the Mozilla CEO with a pitchfork, while in the background the Open Web burns.

ChatGPT, draw me a hyperrealistic red fox squatting over a laptop with a steady stream of advertisements just *pouring* out of its bowels.

Coincidentally, an older brother of the fox is going to celebrate his 30th birthday and wants to say hello.
For more background information visit https://www.davetitus.com/mozilla. It's amazing how time flies.

๐ข Hey all ๐ข
Quick reminder that the deadline to submit your art is this Friday, November 1.
Post your most original, creative Firefox art on social (be sure to tag @ firefox or use hashtag # firefox) or right here in this thread. Up to you.
Looking forward to seeing them all!

I hope many past and present friends, advocates, contributors and users -as well as critics- of Firefox will make an appearance to convey their best wishes and join the celebration.
I also hope that many mascots from other FOSS projects will show up. Maybe we could create a large poster combining all the pieces of artwork and launch a big publicity campaign.
It wouldn't be the first time for such a campaign; see e.g.
https://blog.mozilla.org/press/2004/12/mozilla-foundation-places-two-page-advocacy-ad-in-the-new-yor...
And yeah, the cake is no lie! Happy Birthday Firefox!
