Offline “Learn more” link loops to another error page

Parth_5
Making moves

When Firefox shows the “Server Not Found” page while offline, clicking the “Learn more” link opens another page that also fails because internet is unavailable.

This creates a loop and doesn’t help the user in offline mode.

--Maybe Firefox could:--
> show offline troubleshooting tips locally,
> cache the help page,
> or disable the link when no connection exists.

Exactly what are you pursuing now?? I am in 3 year in college and want to start a cybersecurity career? Are you interested?

This is my first reporting of something and it's like I am reporting a bug😂

I tested this issue as well and it definitely seems like the “Learn More” link is redirecting users to another broken or unavailable page instead of providing proper troubleshooting details. Hopefully the Mozilla team patches this soon. Also, users looking for entertainment apps can check this free download resource.
