New tooltip

After the last Firefox update, when I move the cursor to the top bar (so that it doesn't get in the way on the screen), an annoying long yellow tooltip pops up. And that really pisses me off!!! Please revert to the previous version. I don't want to have things like this in my browser. Thanks.

Please post a screenshot of it, or at least describe exactly where it is and what it says.

I'm very sorry! I realized that this problem arose after the September MICROSOFT WINDOWS update. I have now installed the October MW update and everything is fine.
So sorry again! You are doing your job well.
