Multiple windows with multiple profiles

I'm using Firefox on Mac with latest MacOS. Firefox have two profiles and I have two windows of Firefox being opened as always. Firefox shows warning every time it want to update as there is another Firefox window. Why? Every time after start Firefox again I have to open second window and restore session manually. Sometimes restore sessions on both profiles...

All other browsers that I'm using (Chrome, Safari) works fine with multiple windows and in case I'm exiting browser (not just closing window) all windows closing. And all windows with all tabs restored after browser start. Can Firefox do the same?

I am also experiencing this on Windows. I need to keep 2 or 3 profiles open for work, and every time there is an update it automatically updates while I still have other profiles open, breaking the other profiles and requiring me to manually restart those sessions as they won't work on the newer version. The prompt says it will reopen that profile, but it never does.
