I'm very disappointed with Mozilla, I'm being ignored, I've been trying to recover my account with my recovery keys but they never send the recovery link to my e-mail, the system says it was sent but I never receive it, it's nowhere to be found, not even on my spam folder, but I've just created a new account using another e-mail and guess what? I received a new registered account e-mail instantly. I sent a message to support almost a week ago and they never gave me an answer. I've always used Firefox on all of my devices and operating systems, I want my account back.
