I agree with others that the current layout of the Address Book and managing contacts is not satisfactory. Another issue I have is that to add a new contact into a secondary address book is clumsy and cumbersome (right click, properties, try to remember the email address you want to add..... 😱)
Why not allow a simple drag and drop followed by a message "do you want to add <person name> to (address book name> option <yes> <cancel>
