I've noticed that there are pretty radical UI changes somewhat frequently. Security updates being auto implemented is fine, but for functionality and cosmetics, I think all UI updates should have the 'opt in' feature, or at least a 'restore to classic UI' option. Doubtless there will be lots of people excited for new UI arrangements who will opt in, but there are also lots of people entirely happy with previous UI iterations who will become frustrated or leave due to having to change so often or deal will less useful interfaces. I myself had to download an old version to have a functional mobile experience, and it just updated by itself today and ruined hours of effort. Please encourage the use of consent in unneeded changes and provide choice for users.
