I've noticed this issue myself and after checking around I see other people have it as well. Since updating to version 148, copying and pasting into google docs, sheets, etc causes an error and forces a reload. CTRL+V always gives the error, CTRL+shift+V sometimes works and sometimes gives the error, and every other method of copy pasting just doesn't do anything. This also causes a little box that says "paste" to appear on the screen, and it also gives the error. This is very annoying given how much I have to copy paste. I don't know how widespread this issue is, but it's definitely more than just me.
