The latest update talks about using a QR code. I have slight visual impairment and have a certificate as such. I cannot use a smartphone. Both AgeUk and the RNIB are petitioning the Government to take account of the fact that there ar 4 million persons in the UK who do not have or do not use a smartphone. I do find it very frustrating when dealing with companies on line that they are bringing in an additional levely of security involving smartphone app I have to use a 21ins desktop monitor to read and write ideally in 18 text.
