I have been using Thunderbird for several years.
I stopped receiving email a few days ago -- I have tried to troubleshoot with my provider to no avail. I think it may be the latest update.
I receive a pop-up notification, but the email never gets to my inbox. I don't know where it goes. Not in Junk, or Trash or anywhere.
Please help!

Who is the email provider and what troubleshooting steps did you take?
Does that also happen in [Troubleshoot mode](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird)?

What happened in Troubleshoot mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird)?
Does that also happen with a new profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-thunderbird-profiles)?

"Display Name" is not displaying properly for few address book contacts.
For earlier versions, it was never a problem like this
Using 138 Version currently in Windows 11 OS
