June 24 update wrecks sidebar

I can no longer read the Bookmarks sidebar.  All text is blacked out.  Started today with the update.

Bug - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1971487. A workaround is to use the built-in dark theme or the system theme.
