The AI Chatbot included in Firefox's sidebar contains direct links to AI tools like ChatGPT, which have received numerous copyright infringement complaints from screenwriters, novelists, journalists, photographers, comic book authors, musicians, and illustrators.
If Firefox is a browser that prioritizes ethics and user experience, do you think it's acceptable for it to include such questionable AI tools in its AI Chatbot?
I should add that these AI tools are not environmentally friendly, and the data centers where they are hosted consume enormous amounts of water and energy.
If Firefox wants to be an ethical and environmentally friendly browser, would you be interested in Firefox users taking collective action to get Mozilla to remove these tools from its AI Chatbot?
