Today i opened a PDF and i am welcomed with a floating panel and the goddamn rounded corners.
Also, apparently we're getting NOVA.
Thanks, but no thanks
How do i disable those? forever?
Also, fire whoever is pushing the rounded crap without letting the user have their say: material design 3 is crap (looking at you firefox mobile), rounded corners are crap, floating panels are even worse. First think i do on a KDE machine is disable floating panels, and everything goes back to being normal again.

In addition, for the PDF screen, you may need to set "pdfjs.enableNova" to "false" also

I agree that interface customization matters, especially when floating panels and rounded corners make a desktop environment feel less familiar. Having control over visual settings can make everyday browsing more comfortable and productive. I also find that choosing the right file format is important when working with digital content. For example, a PNG image may work well for screenshots and graphics, while SVG is useful for scalable icons and illustrations. A PNG to SVG converter can help when you need a vector version of an image, although the quality of the result depends on the original graphic and conversion method. You can explore this PNG to SVG converter for image-conversion tasks alongside your usual browser and desktop workflow.
