I've been using Firefox for years. Why? Because it allows me to /work/ in a quick, clean, efficient way. Now, when I open up an app /from my toolbar/, it goes full screen and I have to swipe down from the top in order to do anything else! This may work on a mobile phone, but it is incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING when you work on a pc with a huge screen and do... not... have. to... maximize... screen... size.
Since when did pc's and laptops become second class citizens?
Designing the default interface to suit one, very SMALL device is insane.

Who else agrees that interfaces and commands given on big servers (Facebook (Metadata, Co., Instagram; Messenger; WhatsApp; Etc); Google, Co. (YouTube; Gmail; Etc.); Indeed; Intuit, Co.; LinkedIn; Microsoft, Co.; Myspace; TikTok; X/Twitter; Yahoo; Etc) are failing to be followed for users? This has been since Oracle Java made their update three months ago, going four. Python3<, .Net3<, and Swift3< are each terrible enough, but are big domains not failing commands given by users on Firefox?
