Well, I'm glad you are offering a link for support requests, because this website sure doesn't, as it's a confusing mess. I clicked on "Give Feedback", and discovered no easy way to do that. And if posting issues we are having isn't allowed in the "support community", then where? This makes no sense. I'll try using your link, and see where that takes me.
