Despite my settings being set to having a blank page appear when a new window is opened, every time I start Firefox, I get a page from Firefox that shows "What's New". I don't know if this is the default Firefox home page or not because I don't use Firefox often, but one of the reasons I don't is because it seems like settings don't matter. Every new window, including the startup window, should be a blank page and it's not.
