When you Right Click, new Tab used to be one of the options. Now the menu is way too long and has blank spaces on top, and sometimes Open New Tab is there, other times it is hard to find. When you do find it and click, nothing happens. You cannot get a new Tab.
This is just one of the broken things that this update brought.
I'm very close to giving up on Firefox completely and switching to Opera.
