I've been noticing something lately with Firefox updates not maintaining personalized settings. I was off my desktop for a couple of months, came back and logged in, Firefox updated itself & then I lost the Home button icon, the search bar & I had to reset the "open pdfs in browser" option.
I am a huge fan of Firefox and Mozilla but would really appreciate it your updates didn't reset simple things like this. I'm using the browser across 3 devices, laptop, desktop and phone. Phone and laptop are fine but for some reason, when this desktop is updated, my settings are changed...
Could this be my enterprise doing something with the updates or does Mozilla feel like they know better than I do about what I want; ya know like Microsoft and Apple do for end users...thought you guys were better than that 🙂
