Firefox support of dxmmi.doximapps.com?

I've just hit a glitch in a website that is using dxmmi.doximapps.com to display and distribute documents.  

It seems to be implemented as a linkout to:  https://dxmmi.doximapps.com/DoximPortal/Statement/.......

However it works erratically in firefox, often noting a dxmmi.doximapps application not found.
