After using the search bar in youtube and google search 3 or more times, the "Back" button returns the tab to the very first search result rather than the previous one. Hitting "Forward" after this, returns the page to the last search -- all other instances of searching in between is lost.
Why is such a basic functionality of backtracking your browsing not working? What if the user (a human) makes a wrong search and want to go back one step?
