When I open a new window with Firefox I am presented with a plethora of links to recent news articles across a number of categories. I've noticed that (particularly in the 'Politics' category) nearly every article is from a left-leaning news source, such as AP, NPR, CNN and all the legacy media. I have never viewed anything from New York Post, Breitbart, OANN, NewsMax or similar sources; and possibly a rare inclusion from Fox News.
While I will make no accusation as to the veracity of any source, having a truly BALANCED access to information is critical to the survival of a democratic REPUBLIC. A population can only be considered informed and truly intelligent if they are provided with ALL viewpoints and varied sources of information and allowed to each make up their own mind.
With information and news today sourced heavily from varied internet providers and social media, having a dearth of easy access to ALL sides can only be harmful, and ultimately lead to a nation of sheep.
