Firefox account - Impossible to create new account

In Firefox or on the website, when you go to Firefox Sync and try to create a new account, after havind entered an e-mail, a password is ask and the message "Account or password not valide" appear.

No button to singup a new account is available.

Can you fix this please ?

Something seems wrong, I decided to check my sync settings and discovered I can't see account info or sync settings in my windows desktop version, however, on a laptop I can see sync settings or account that I'm supposed to be logged in with, something is seriously wrong.  I have dug and dug and nothing.
