The new print preview window is very small on a 4:3 monitor; please modify the code to allow for a dynamic window size on the new print preview window.
I agree it is annoying that the width affects the height.
Currently, users who want to work around this need to use "hacks" (userChrome.css style rules). I'll link to a thread with more information in case you want to try that out.
