Since version 150.0 (64-bit), I haven't been able to access Facebook.
I've tried disabling add-ons and using “debug” mode—nothing works.
Facebook works perfectly on Chrome or Edge... Any ideas?

I have the same problem. Nothing works - on 2 different PCs

Likewise, Facebook won't load at all, fine on Chrome & Edge. Was OK until the last update.

Same here. I tried to roll back to last version but since I had used Firefox with latest version it would require a new profile and I really don't feel like redoing everything I've done since I started using FF as my daily again.

I am having the same problem when using Firefox 150.0 (64-bit)
I have tried to do a reset of Firefox and have disabled all addons
I have also read that Mozilla has used Anthropic’s Mythos to Find and Fix 271 Bugs in Firefox - I am wondering if this has anything to do with the issues we are experiencing accessing Facebook at the moment.
After I attemp to login, I am entering my password and I get the message: "The login information you entered is incorrect." - however the same login information is working perfectly fine on other browsers.
I would be happy to supply the trace documents if someone from Mozilla would reach out to me with regards to this issue

Yup, same problem for me. FF hangs on transferring data from Facebook or waiting for Facebook. Then shows white screen only.

White screen with logo only. Infected two machines that now work fine with Brave. So much for AI "improvements". Maybe have human testing?

Hi. I have a similar problem. Facebook website stopped working. The website doesn't load at all. It shows loading, but nothing happens at all. I tried clearing cache and cookies, but it didn't help. The problem occurred immediately after Firefox auto-updated to v150.0 (x64). I also tried the "tracert" command on a Windows PC and "traceroute" command on a Linux PC... and both ended successfully... at the end of the trace was the server: "edge-star-mini-shv-01-vie1.facebook.com [31.13.84.36]".

So there seems to be a cure - this is on another thread about the same issue, I've tried it and it works:
Open about:config, search for security.tls.version.max and change it from 4 to 3.

WFM great Thanks

And where exactly do you open "about:config?"
27-04-2026 07:54 PM
just type about:config in the address bar and hit enter

This works for me, but only for several hours. Then the problem comes back and I have to restart FF, again for a few hours before the problem becomes too severe to ignore.

Working for me, too. Thanks!!

It sounds like a Firefox-specific compatibility or profile issue rather than Facebook itself, especially since it works fine on Chrome/Edge. Since disabling add-ons and using troubleshoot mode didn’t help, try these steps:
If it still doesn’t work, it’s likely a Firefox rendering bug in that version.
