Disturbing search results

Hi!
I started an account to report an issue.
I got a disturbing search result when using Win Firefox search engine.
Is there a specific procedure for that?

edit: Mistake. Embedded Duck Duck Go browser which I forgot.

Firefox doesn't have its own search engine. Are you perhaps talking about Google?

Oooh, of course. I run duck duck go and it's embedded in the browser plus its color is in the same  ballpark as the firefox browser.
