Why do I have to communicate with a company via forum? Since when is that the official support/feedback scheme. Cool I can post my issue for anyone who disagrees with me to flame until I inevitably get told my concern isn't important. How about you get to a non-public support method?
Now my issue. Why does the UI keep changing. I know it's not like it's happening every day or anything but come on. I'm using the browser and like the way it looks and functions. No issues at all, just good old fashioned quality. Then somehow the UI needs to change so it looks like something a child might scribble with crayons? Can you stop believing the UI's appearance is making your browser better? Why are you making ANY UPDATES that are not security based? Is something broken on the back end that needs a new UI to fix?
So...let's have it. Everyone who didn't get hugged as a child, let's all call me a moron while I wait for...what was it? Oh yeah, no help.

Many organisations now don't provide e-mail or phone support, and the like. Could be worse... some small apps only have a public Discord. 💀
To reverse the recent changes: in the web-address bar type about:config -> press ENTER -> accept any warning, and continue -> search for nova -> change the line "browser.nova.enable" to "false"
Longer-term, you could look into a "fork" of Firefox committed to retaining a particular UI you prefer

Oh many companies do it? Must be the correct way then.
The nova thing in about:config does not revert everything. It still looks wrong. Thanks though

I never said that. It would of course be great if companies would allow all forms of contact, such as phone-calls, SMS even postal-mail. But it's still the case some are worse. If you feel all companies over a certain size should be legally-mandated to offer certain communication methods, speak to your elected representatives in your country and make it law.
The nova thing in about:config does not revert everything. It still looks wrong. Thanks though
Then consider moving to a Firefox "fork" I mentioned, or you can install the 153.4.0 "ESR" release of Firefox from here https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ and enjoy security-updates, but no new features or UI changes. It predates the Nova UI change, so you'll be able to avoid it for about a year.

Nothing in that post is helpful. Also it still makes no sense why Mozilla not only changes the capability to customize Firefox, but they FORCE an automatic aesthetic change to put some stupid color gradient on the top bar. That bar is for organizing the tabs I have open. It's not for art. I probably sound like some pathetic loser but I am so tired of being forced into visual changes. Why would the top bar need to 'be pretty'?

@BiggsWedge : @Agentvirtuel is a bot and their replies are hit-and-miss. Sometimes it's dumb stuff like "Bonjour! You can create a post here to suggest ideas for Mozilla to consider. I find this link: https://connect.mozilla.org/ "
Like, yeah... we already know that. We're on that exact site right now! 😂

@Jon , @kelimuttu : as community mods here, can either of you please confirm if Agentvirtuel is a Mozilla-owned bot or not? If so, maybe put [BOT] in the username?

I’ve had this happen with software I use too. You finally get used to where everything is, stop thinking about the interface, and then an update moves three things around for absolutely no reason.
The worst part is when nothing was actually wrong with the old version. I’d honestly take a boring UI that stays consistent over a “fresh” redesign every few months.

Having the same issues. Good points. They must not want feedback if it is so hard to even find this place for it. Especially since there isnt a great way to even organize this information here. They could add a feedback button in the settings like most applications and even just use AI to summarize it over doing nothing. But as of now it does not appear that is important to them, there must be other motivations. Hard to know. I will choose to believe there are great people at firefox still that are just being micromanaged and controlled and have their hands tied. Likely for profit reasons.

Can you please STOP roundifying everything?

Of course, use css, it's not that you want.
