I got a new laptop lately. Dell, Windows. And there's been problems with the earbuds. Trying to figure it out.I was tech-savvy back 30-40 years ago, but haven't been keeping up. So far, I've only been able to fix this recurring problem by getting warranty assistance from the local vendor.
Today, I fired up and the latest Firefox update got added. And the earbuds, which had been working fine, no longer work. I've rebooted, no improvement. I get this error message:
Windows cannot find 'C:\ProgramFiles\Realtek\Audio\HDA\RtkNGui64.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
Any ideas that might help?
