This is feedback on using Firefox in routine internet actions. I tried to initiate a chat session with a business, but the chat page was simply empty. I retried the chat two more times with the same result. I then went to MS Edge, got on the same business page, and successfully started a chat. Firefox is not a dependable browser in this sense. I may have to stop using it if it cannot do simple web actions like a chat session.
