Cant see the little minimize/max/close boxes in the top right in Thunderbird

So I got the latest Thunderbird update and the color scheme is horrendous =in that the little boxes at the top right cannot be seen. They are there. I can take a guess and to where they are to minimize the screen, etc. but it is a guess. can we fix this?   (See screen grab to see what I am talking about)

Never Mind.  I found the reason. For some reason the update came in with the "Hide System Window Title Bar"  Clicked.   Why would anyone set that as the default?  Never click that setting!

Hide System Window Title Bar the checked box is the default value.

I noticed the same symptom on Windows7 currently Thunderbird 115.18.01.png
