I'm trying to understand why Firefox doesn't work on so many common websites. E.g. I can't make a payments on many accounts in FIrefox because the "pay" button is grayed out. It works just fine in Chrome.
Why can't FIrefox achieve something that is so simple for all other browsers out there? Why should I use Firefox at all if I have to have another browser installed on my to do things like pay on websites?
Can someone please explain why Firefox developers/engineers fail at something so simple for everyone else?

If the issues you're running into are with third-party payment integrations (e.g. Paypal, Shop pay, etc), see if the "Chosen solution" here works for you (it did for us!): https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1278634

This issue usually happens because some websites don’t fully optimize for Firefox or rely on browser-specific code. Often clearing cache, disabling extensions, or updating Firefox fixes it. You can also report broken sites directly from Firefox (Menu → Help → Report Site Issue), which helps Mozilla work with site developers to resolve these cases.
