can't create tab groups

i saw that tab groups should be out for all users on 5/6/2025 but i'm not seeing the tab groups get created for me, i'd like to avoid editing about:config so when should this be out for me?

Tab groups were planned to be available for all users starting from May 6 2025 but some users may still not see them right away. The update can take time to reach everyone depending on your browser version. If you want to wait without using about config just keep your browser updated. It should show up for you very soon.
