Noticed that if I have the browser opened full screen or maximized the startbar does not popup visibly on the secondary screen only on primary screen. Primary screen is 2560x1440, secondary is 1920x1080. Something in Firefox treats primary and secondary screen different. Need to make window slightly smaller than screen to se the startbar popup BEHIND the browser window, not ontop. Using Firefox version 151.0.3 (64-bit)
