I read this page, https://docs.oracle.com/database/121/JJDBC/diagnose.htm#JJDBC28885,
and got 4/5 way down of the page, and then bookmarked it for future reference. After bookmark, I saw the star changed from a blank star to a solid (blue) star. but when I scroll back to the top of the same page, the star became blank again. Is there a way to bookmark the page instead of the section of the page because I don't want to have multiple bookmarks on a same page.
