Right now, when I make a folder for a topic it's structured like this:

| | *separator* |
| | Subtopic link |
| | Subtopic link |
What I would like is to be able to have it work like this:
| Topic link > | Subtopic link |
| | Subtopic link |
The folder itself should be able to have a link assigned to it. To access the folder, one could either hover for a second or click on the " > ".
