When mousing around video sites, e.g. YouTube, the Picture in Picture icon keeps blinking on the right end of the address bar. I don't see why that feature should demand such attention when it seems like a pretty useless feature for the majority. Maybe a few people want to break out the video and leave a gaping hole in the web page. As I move the mouse around over video choices that icon is always blinking. Very annoying.

You can try
1 - Go to Configuration Editor for Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-config-editor-firefox
2 - Enter a search term media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.urlbar-button.enabled
You can double-click on the preference to set the value to false
About browser.taskbarTabs.enabled.
