The tool Blackboard Collaborate, part of Blackboard LMS doesn't work on last version of mozilla firefox, triggering the next error:

The site explicitly dropped support for Firefox, blaming a chronic case of memory leaks (and implying other Zoom users - the "core media provider" they use - may be affected, which seems unlikely given Zoom hasn't said anything about this)
You can work around this with a user agent plugin, then it works most of the time, but sometimes it eats up gigabytes of RAM for no reason.
I'm guessing old video frames aren't being cleared out for some reason (IIRC the screen sharing element was just a video livestream). but then why would this not be an issue for Chrome derivatives?
Also sometimes it uses a canvas instead... no wonder they gave up debugging their setup (or zoom's, hard to tell at this point)
