I think we should have a better way to contact Mozilla Connect admins to talk about administrative things, like discussions, ideas, etc. wrongfuly marked as spam.
There is no way to talk with them right now. Mozilla Support doesn't have a place to talk about admin problems, the same way Bugzilla doesn't have too. Also it doesn't have any link to send a message.
I had an idea, and also a discussion about the idea related to this spam system, that got flagged, but the only place to say something is the button above, where we can read: "If you believe this is an error, submit an abuse report.". This would be fine, but when we click in the link, the text changes to actually reporting that is something inappropriate, which is not always the case. In my case there is nothing inappropriate, but the system marked my idea and my discussion as well. I also couldn't find a place where I can check the process about those requests, like a private message, or some kind of ticket system to discuss those flagged messages.
What I'm looking for is for the moderation being more transparently, and have my issues trackable.
Maybe the moderation wants that I change something, but how could I know if there is no place where this reports are being tracked?
What do you think folks? These tracking already exist and I couldn't find, or is a missing feature?
